For the minimalist in you, here's a piece that I have selected from Malaque for FashionValet collection which is one of the 9 icon collaboration. I really had a hard time picking what I wanted for this particular collection as every piece seemed to have it's charm. I love the fact that every piece can be wore on it's own, i'm not kidding. For this particular piece Selma, the top is breastfeeding friendly which I should start stocking such pieces up just in case. (Disclaimer: I am not pregnant yet.) Well, the knot on the skirt that creates the drapes was the one that attracts my attention. Just that little detail simply works wonders. The best part is, you can either do a tucked in or tucked out look! Amazing right!
Well, at the moment me and you (last minute shoppers), we only have 1/2 hr to shop away! Don't wait any longer, go jer!
P.s. I thought of doing marathon blogging yesterday with the whole brunch, lunch, dinner and supper but I just could not keep up. Been busy busy busy. xx

| Aina Set in White c/o Mira Flizah For FashionValet | Scarf in Satin Slik Frappuccino c/o dUCk |
Now for the second look, on me is a piece from Mira Flizah for FashionValet. Love the subtle neutral tones of this piece and once again, it is a piece that you can definitely wear it out after Raya. Wearing it casually or formally, it's totally up to you. This beauty can be separated, the textured crop top is detachable, the inner white top is a sleeveless and it's simple white skirt you can probably pair with any top you have in your closet. Imagine all the different possibilities you can achieve with just this particular set. Amazing right.
Anyway, I am sure you have heard of this. FashionValet announced that if you wish to receive your order before raya, place your orders now before 10 July 2015,12pm Malaysia timing. We have only less than a day ladies let's shop away!
Running a little behind schedule so pardon me alright. xx

| Coco Kurung c/o Diana Rikasari for FashionValet | Scarf c/o dUCk |
For those pastel loving ladies like me, here I am wearing this sweet dainty Coco Kurung from the Icon collaboration of Diana Rikasari for FashionValet. This piece is very versatile and you can always wear the top by itself after the festive season. By simply pairing it with your working pants for a formal work wear look or your favourite denim for a laid back look. I love Eid wear that I can always recycle for any other days. Now, I have already something in mind that I an pair this lovely top with! How awesome! My personal take on it's slit, that it doesnt actually reveal my legs due to my asian height of 1.6m. So far, I am good with it, two thumbs up!
The collection that FV team and Diana Rikasari has beautifully done up is quirky and gives off that whimsical feel. There are many more designs of this fiercely chic collection in vibrant feminine colours and also those soft pastels ones available on FV website.
The whole of today, I will be updating my space here with Raya pieces from Icon collaboration for FashionValet. What I have with me is 4 sets of Raya wear which I am excited to share with all of you. This will definitely be helpful for those of you who are still searching for the perfect garment and also for those who are looking for design that you would also probably wear and recycle after the festive season.
Here's my menu for today:
Brunch: Diana Rikasari x FV
Lunch: Mira Filzah x FV
Dinner: Fyza Kadir x FV
Supper: Malaque x FV
Exciting moments to come, In Shaa Allah if time permits.

A piece of abaya is must have in every women's closet. I call it my grab to go outfit to the mosque especially when I am in a rush after work and need to make a visit to the mosque for Isyak and Terawikh. So yep, all I need is to grab my abaya, wear it on and off I go looking proper. It's definitely an essential especially during this whole month of Ramadhan. There are many kinds of abayas out there, plain ones and also those which are a little more elaborate. My kind of abayas are those with a some detailing but not too much. What I have on from Akina Islamic Clothing is a perfect example.
Not too late to get your hands on their abayas for these final last lap. Heard that they have launched their Eid Collection. So what are you waiting for, shop away!
Here's a little announcement, Akina will be part of Raya Expo 2015 from 9-12 July. If you want to have a feel of their collection before making your purchase, here's an opportunity that you should not miss!

Black and white a combination of colours that I seldom see myself in but I guess we all have those moments that we would like to look a little different on some days. It is even more when a set of clothes that you really like simply screams out for you despite it's colour. I am truly a fan of white shirts that are unique and this one here has an additional flap over my shoulders and hands. I felt like I was wearing a cape. Paired it with a black overlay pants that had some jewelled beading details. Pretty dainty I must say. To finish off this look, I am so glad that Aere x dUCk Piet Mondrian inspired scarf was like the icing on this monotonous cake. How perfect right!
Now, it seems like I am a secret agent perhaps along side James Bond and maybe a little of Sherlock Holmes with that additional cape? Oh wells, seems cool to me!
I am pretty thankful that one of my favourite lady photographer Syafiqah A Latif with mad skills is back on board. Her Instagram feed is highly addictive due to her awesome photography, trust me. To many more wonderful photographs to come!
I am truly blessed to have supportive loved ones behind me always! xx
