Modern Chic

April 25, 2016, by Unknown

I am a big fan of events with a dressing theme.
Why? I don't have to think too much about what to wear and simply dress around the idea of it. Sometimes I can be someone else for that short moment.
This time it was all about 'Modern Chic' and here's my take!

Let's jump into the details shall we, wrapped in Lully Selb mashed up geometry scarf from their Summer Shadows SS16 collection which is my favourite by far! They have really improved their scarf and I am seriously a huge fan. Goodbye creases, goodbye sweat stains and goodbye tonnes of pins! All I needed was a small brooch and 2 pins for this style. Actually, you can even make do without pins! That's brilliant right!
Now I wish they will create more of it with their amazing prints!
Those geometry prints seems futuristic to me, well obviously the scarf is my modern take for this look. So I wanted to be a little more experimental and bold, I decided to put together my black Zara regal leather dress that I got at a steal for 12.99 euros from Barcelona's outlet! Paired it with a baroque pair of pants from Poplook's previous collection, a beige trench overlay and nude pumps with acrylic heels.

WHAT I WORE...

Lully Selb scarf | Zara black regal dress | Poplook Baroque pants | The Editor's Market trench | H&M x Maison Martin Margiela nude pumps |

That's my man looking so stunning, MashaAllah! #immaluckywife

What's great about events apart from ogling at all the pretty dresses, I get to meet my ladies and catch up!

Me and my forever plus one till Jannah, In Shaa Allah! xx

A little token from Zalia's showcase and Zalora Style Awards, a gif of me and my love trying to dig my nose.
(A Full version on my Instagram) We are really graceful people can't you see! And that double chin is on fleek! Haha.
